 | Hi Everybody, This week sees the release of our latest battle book. This book is called River Of Heroes and concentrates on the Soviet attacks across the Vistula and the German troops defending it. Last week Ken took a closer look:River Of Heroes Design Notes… To go along with the River Of Heroes’ release we have two new Soviet packs to get things start. These are both for the new Inzhenerno-Saperniy Batalon (Engineer-Sapper Battalion). The first, SBX13 Engineer-Sapper Battalion, gives you the core of your forces, while the second, SU804 Engineer-Sapper Flame-thrower Platoon, lets you add flame-thrower teams to you companies. | Of course that is not all we have this week. I’ve been continuing my programme to upgrade the website Intelligence Briefings to include the new Company organisation diagrams. This week we have updated the 716. Infanteriedivision Festungskompanie. We have also taken on board the feedback for the 1st Polish Armoured Division, changed some things and corrected other. It has now moved to the official section. Last of all Todd Powel takes a look at the activities of the 201. Sicherungsdivision and its role in the anti-partisan operations before the Soviet launch of Operation Bagration in June 1944. We’ve also added a few more events below. Mid War Madness!
